Meet Our Founder
Joy Munoz, Founder of AquaBridge People Solutions and a senior HR and People leader, brings more than 25 years of experience helping organizations scale, transform, and lead through growth.
Throughout her career, she’s partnered with executives across private and public companies including T-Mobile, Boston Scientific, Guild, and BBVA, supporting teams ranging from under 100 employees to nearly 50,000. Joy has guided organizations through defining moments such as mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, large-scale workforce transformation, and rapid national expansion, including T-Mobile’s integrations with Sprint and MetroPCS.
Across every company and every stage, throughout her career, one truth has remained constant: sustainable growth requires intentional, well-structured people strategy.
Joy founded AquaBridge People Solutions to bring that same level of executive partnership to new businesses, small businesses, and scaling teams. She works directly with owners, founders and leadership teams to establish strong HR foundations, align people strategy with business goals, and create the structure, clarity, and leadership confidence needed to move forward with stability and purpose.
